You don’t have to be Jack Kerouac to write on the road

We’re thrilled to have fiction writer Tom Schabarum (Airstreaming) and travel writer Gregory Zeigler (Travels With Max: In Search of Steinbeck’s America Fifty Years Later) at Alumafiesta this year. They’re already scheduled to deliver an author talk/writing workshop designed to enhance your love of the road through reading and writing.

Greg is a fascinating speaker who has taught adult memoir writing workshops. Tom—who spoke at Alumafandango in Oregon—has published several titles in addition to “Airstreaming”. Both authors will read from their books and deepen your travel experience through writing and reading about the road.

Whatever you aspire to write: memoirs, journals, trip logs, novels or blogs—or whoever you plan to write for, from your grandchildren to an international audience—this is the session for you!

Join Greg and Tom Tuesday night at 7 pm for a workshop that will get you itching to pen your memoirs.
